Our meetings are carefully designed to meet the needs of our members. We focus on effectively utilising our meeting times. As you will all agree you can always get more money but not more time.
Our meetings focus on women sharing their valuable knowledge and experience, which in turn informs the decisions and actions of other women in areas of life that need improvement. This platform is simply to give our women the space and opportunity to do just that. We also bring in guest speakers and trainers who at times become members themselves.
Our events have covered a number of topics from all key areas of life, including, physical, mental and emotional health. Key topics include; meditation and mindfulness, journaling, self care, mind sets, Neuro-Linguistic programming, overcoming fear, goal setting and visioning and visualisation, career changes and coping with – as well as overcoming – the challenges imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic like money.
