IWAW platform creates a fun yet safe environment for aspiring and like-minded women like yourself to develop strong bonds and sisterhood.
Personal Development
Whether it is a struggle with life issues or the urge to elevate yourself to the next level, we provide personal developments events and workshops to help you overcome adversity, empower yourself and others so that you can become more and live the life of your dreams. We organise talks and workshops that can help you with doing the inner work to develop the understanding of yourself before you set goals. You will develop a deep understanding of your belief system and how you can overcome or breakthrough some of them to achieve success.
We help you to understand the patterns that interrupt your progress in any area of your life and reinforce the ones that help you achieve your goals.
Professional Development
We provide different opportunities for professional development. We share knowledge and experiences and inspire each other to growth. We also offer workshops and seminars that focus on professional development in different areas of practice. This could be in areas of Mindfulness, reflective practice, leadership and leadership styles, effective communication, goal setting, time management etc.
Business Promotion and Development
As a business woman we create opportunities to for you to connect, share knowledge and experiences, learn and collaborate with others. This enables further expansion and growth. The networking platform offers opportunities for market development and business development. We also offer business training workshops and masterminds that provide opportunities to learn new and better ways of doing business in the current market. There's an opportunity to promote and sell your products and services to members.

We bring you experts from different areas of life to help you with your growth journey in personal development, professional development or business development. We also provide you with the opportunity to grow as an expert. Everyone has a superpower and at IWAW we provide the space for your superpowers to come out by providing you with the platform to present what you know or what you want to offer. We help you to develop your presentation to the audience (if needed) and also promote it to the members of the group and to other women outside the networking group. In the process of using your knowledge and experience to inspire others you are able develop your expertise.
Fun Environment
Having a good time is at the heart of our events! We provide the space to have fun. We create time for recreation that helps us to rejuvenate our minds and bodies and develop better relationships with one another.
Charitable contribution
What better way to achieve and grow than to contribute beyond ourselves? We currently support Sutton Night Watch. This is charity that is set up to support and raise awareness for homeless people within London Borough of Sutton and surrounding areas. They completely depends on volunteers who spare their time to run the kitchen, food and clothes bank. IWAW was founded in Carshalton Beeches, an area in Sutton Borough and Sutton Night Watch became an easy choice to start our outreach with. Our first ticket sales from the mindfulness, meditation and yoga workshop contributed a percentage to Sutton Night Watch. This year we will be involving members in the suggesting and evaluating a permanent charity of choice. This should be a charity with a strategic fit.
IWAW Mentorship Programme
IWAW women who believe that they can spare 30 minutes or more a month to mentor another young woman from less developed parts of the world are paired with those young women for mentoring purposes. The IWAW women provide their time and knowledge which are the best gifts any human being can provide to another. The provision of knowledge from the mentor is to build confidence and support personal, professional and business development and progress of the mentee. The process of mentoring is a valuable skill for leaders as it helps them to develop the skill that is outside their normal day to day role and skill set. The target age of the mentees is between18- 25. The mentorship programme is mainly online through email, Facebook rooms and phone or zoom calls.
